What bout harbor? (in america its yale) but wasnt harbor elite university for uk ?

Oxford and Cambridge are the top 2 in the Uk, im not aiming that high though! I wanna be doing music tech in somewhere with a nice music scene, london or bristol if im lucky. Never heard of harbor.. google tells me its in florida, probably why haha.
