2: Make heads for other people and sell them.
3: Make sigs for other people and sell them.
4: Win comps.
5: Play the game more.

There are plenty of ways to make money, you just have to be more creative about it. The alternative is buying credits. The game is becoming more diverse and giving away free money isnt an option.
