It's tricky to find it. It's at the very top, in a room with a black display case near the wall. There's also a safe there.
By the way, one of my favorite weapons in F3.
In VATS with sniper and commando perks it kills anything that moves, if you shoot in the head.
Only negative is .44 rounds. They're rare.

its more for fun than it is practical, and probably only fun if you have infinite ammo, like you could on PC.
So,I've just recently made a new character,he uses laser weapons,melee,and stealth,However I'm having a problem.For some reason when I sneak up on an enemy and sneak-attack them with my melee weapon (Jingwei's shock sword,if it matters) I don't get a sneak-attack critical.Does anyone know why this is happening?
