At Torishop it says I have got 90 total earnings (There is 0 at pocket and 0 at bank?) and I have to pay 25. When I try to send money, it just says i don't have enough cash.

I won today some battles so tomorrow I would get more.

No it doesn't. Posting used to earn you credits, I don't think it does anymore though.
