i actually really strongly agree with this.

but also on the recruiting subject.

i asked 5 blackbelts if they want to join.

They all said "no,im already going to sign up with a different clan"

if they did say yes i was gonna test them.

again....we need to recruit lower belts to get out percentage of players up then we can witch back to 2nd+
