Well Boris17, for one thing, you could make the background transparent. For PS, just delete all the base layers so you see like a pattern on your document - that's transparency. And then save the file as .gif.

If you do want to make a background, we don't really know what kind you want. Search for tutorials on google. pstuts.com is a really nice place for Photoshop tutorials.
