Yep, definitively a Gfx Card problem.

Update your Gfx Card. Follow the instructions with the link that OfPhailure give you.

I would also sagest you change your defult resalution. It might fix your problem.

my card is already updates to the fullest, i don't know what to do
im not on a laptop, and i tried reinstalling like 4 times...
uhg.. and i though this was a fun game.

Run dxdiag & post a screen shot of display tab.

& this is a fun game.starting hicups should not keep you away from this awsome game.

This has happened a few times before; if I remember correctly, you need to set your graphics card settings from "performance" to "quality."

I'm not sure how to do that, though. Wait for skulfuk.

i went in to my GFx options and didn't find a tab for performance to quality, or anything like that :/

you maybe fooled around with the texture thing trying to put it all the way up just set normal from your graphics card
