if its packed: you dont need any Qi to have it
If its unpacked: You need the specified Qi (like for cobra, you need 1k Qi)

i kno how much its worth, ive sold cobra before
and, because you obviously dont kno, you cant transfer items to someone who doesnt have the QI

for example, i have 600 Qi and cobra requires 1000 Qi so you cant transfer it to me at all
