MAKE A INTRODUCTION FORUM!

So new people can say hello, and after you greet them you will say,"hey man, wellcome please Read our FAQ(link them) before posting".
When i was young i was ignoring FAQ,but now in every forum i do join i read them.

Indeed. I think discussion should be more serious than it is. That will heighten the quality of the forum, thus making people posting there more wary of the quality of their posts. I should think it would be that much of influence in strictity.

2. Have you noticed that in The Game board, we don't talk about The Game (or the game, for you annoying insistent people.) I'd prefer it if we stop wasting ten million megabytes of a hard drive space on replays and start talking about Toribash. At that point, I would probably read it. Or maybe just bring back the moves discussion. It also shuts the noobs up, they can find good moves.

Boy, have I been angry with this as well. I want to discuss tactic and techniques, as the decription says. If I do, people will say "Post replays or bugger off" or something to that effect. I think making a child forum called replays under The Game could solve this, and make people chat about the game instead.

3. Support: Do you people not read? There are stickies. One of them is titled rules in some manner or another. I'd prefer it if at least the Undescriptive Topic Title rule was followed. I would greatly appreciate it if all of them were followed. I'd also appreciate making it so only mods can reply, but that's a bit overboard and makes mod recruiting hard. Maybe making the posts moderated like Debate could improve intelligence.

Indeed. The fact that suggestions are being ignored even while NABI is commenting annoys me. I recently saw Hampa quite interested in an idea here, and I'll wait tensely for anything to happen about it. Also, there should be some kind of approval system there, so one doesn't have to sort through all the "Auto-punch" and "100 joints"-suggestions.

4. Tutorials and FAQs: How can we make people read them? Please tell me.

Hmm... Maybe sending automatic PM's as once as the members sign up at the forums?

6. Wibbles: Are you happy it's being deleted? Personally I think it'll be boring and sad at first, but nothing important.

Wibbles always annoyed me. It's a place for idiotic spammers to seek their comrades, instead of posting quality posts, like I believe a forum is for.

I doubt it, as your current post count is 114.

Anyway, I don't think it would help. Not half of the members here are on several forums, and therefore won't introduce themselves. They will rather do like me and just pop up.

If it were to be more serious it would be like Debate. And here I am again, pointing towards my suggestion for the billionth time :P

Stupid people will always make posts of lesser quality. We can't forbid them to post either because that would be counterproductive, both towards community expansion and towards Nabi economy. However, what we can do, is give them their own little retard playground where they can throw as much idiotic glee and random verbal dung at eachother as they goddamn please, without the rest of the elitist pricks feeling bothered. See: Wibbles.

I don't mind people not introducing themselves; in most cases I find that to be totally ok. However, what I do mind is people showing up in News going "HAI GUISE I'M NEW LOL". I mean, I can see the motivation behind their cracked-up logic, they being new members and all but still...
