If i want to make a paypal acc to receive $$$$ and then use the $$$ to buy a toribooster....can i make the acc without using my credit card?

you just need an email address. That is all. Follow the steps, and BOOM. A paypal account is born.

Of course, you have to actually go to the paypal website. ;p

You don't have to.
Just search for the thingy saying to put your e-mail and other data.

If you don't have a credit card, the money will be stuck on your paypal account.
