You should send a pm to an Smod or admin. They can help you more than us regular forum users as there is nothing we can do.

They will also be able to better explain what happened and why it happened.

Last I checked, only Promo-Team blacklists. Contact a Promo-Team member.

The blacklist is for tourneys only, that means that you could not participate in any promo-team events.
At the moment, there is no blacklist at Promo-team, will be soon.

Purple names are not mods.

Thus, send to a person with a PURPLE NAME.
