Even though i'm not in this clan i think i can help.

I know basically NOTHING about mugen, but it is a 2D fighting game you can play on the computer, and download basically any charecter of somewhere.

Just earch normal mugen and download that, then search up naruto mugen charecters, and after you download a correct file, search how to import characters onto mugen on youtube.
