can u please write down a set of commands to make a self decap, please?

it may seem a bit stupid, but i would like to know xD

Settings: Dismembermenthreshold 100; Turnframes 10

Lower left shoulder
Contract left elbow
Relax left wrist
Contract ABS
Extend neck
Grab left hand
2xSpace


After 20 Frames you Decapped your own head.
