General advice : Check if you have typed pass in proper cases. Also if nothing is wrong in there,contact an Admin.

Well this definitely belongs in the support section, but what I recommend you do is talk to an Administrator or a Super Moderator about the problem. (People with Red or Blue names) Very likely they will be able to give you assistance.

Also did you try reinstalling the game? That usually fixed these problems.
