Drugs.

A social issue that riddles the world we live in with scum and drug fucked pieces of shit.
But what can be done about it? Obviously making it illegal doesn't help much and the police are doing fuck all (well, where I live).

What are your views on drugs and how does it affect the area that you reside in?

But to follow the topics, the existence of drugs, (and also, the fact that its illegal) is the reason for most of the gangs in my city. And theres a lot of gangs here. I'd be willing to go with either legalizing marijuana, or removing it completely.

All the try hard gangster shits that hang around bus malls here are all about drugs.
"Just sold a stick, gonna buy myself ciggies"
"Just got a bag, gonna make so much cash"

Ah well, this is indeed a problem here. Many of my friends smoke weed or do stuff like cocaine or LSD. Some even eat shrooms. Whenever I'm invited to a "session", I just say no. They're always trying to convince me that drugs are harmless and society is just brainwashed to hate them, but I can't just start to believe that after I've been told that drugs are bad my whole life before.

So yeah, I only smoke weed sometimes... and alcohol of course. But I wouldn't go for more, ever. Not even out of curiosity. I don't want to mess with my health, taking drugs ain't cool.

There's not really something you can do about it, those people will just continue no matter what, it's their own decision, let them do whatever they want.

That's kinda the same situation I am in, with the friends doing every kind of drug they can get their hands on. Popping pills is big at the moment.

I do weed myself, not chronically though. Like when I go out etc. And I agree with you on the point of not going further. I don't want to do other drugs either because they, to put it plainly, sound fucked up.

It's all about moderation and responsibility in the end, which is what most teenagers etc dont seem to understand.
I dont see a problem with getting high every so often or drinking with friends, but people tend to take it too far or tend to do really stupid things when intoxicated that tend to ruin it for anyone :|
What really tends to bug me most is when people overdo these drugs and are constantly high/drunk At school or work or driving etc. I personally dont like having these drugs be illegal, but I really can see why they are since people tend to abuse them anyways :/
I mean, I personally am pretty open to trying things at least once. And I was lucky enough to try shrooms once, and tbh it was one of the best experiences ive really had, but at the same time, it totally isnt for everyone. The trip can easily spiral out of control, and you can end up freaking out and doing something you would regret.

tl;dr drugs etc really arent for everyone or most people really, but it's still a good experience for some I guess ;o
