the title explains my question.. i want it. can you transfer your account to the WiiWare TB or do you have to make a new one? and will there b new colors and updates?

I would imagine that your name must be registered on the forums via wii internet connectability in order for you to have an actually account. If so, then I would assume you will be able to keep your current account name and items.

As for a release date, I do not think they have announced one yet.
