download GIMP (free), open your picture, go to Script-Fu -> Animators -> spinning globe

i think thats the best cuz not many people will buy it if they cant see...

well, that is because Gimp can only show 1 picture of a .gif at a time, so save it as a gif and and then take a look in your folders.
