I cannot even explain how false this is. If you are a teacher, it's because you wanted to be a teacher. You sought out a job teaching. This means you are interested in teaching, which generally means you are going to care about your job, and your students, and it DEFINITELY means you aren't just doing it for money, because teachers are extremely underpaid.
