For some reason whenever i try to move, the joint will switch between relax and hold only.

Are you trying to toggle the joint movements with the mouse?
If not then the X key only toggles extend or contract, the Z toggles hold or relax.

there was no problem for awhile.

You should use z, x and c instead, way more efficient.

Thats true, if you get used to it, you will be able to do more complicated movements more faster.

You can also use the "roll" (?) of your mouse. You see that stuff used to scroll up & down ?

I believe you mean the mouse wheel. But doesn't that only switch between contract and extend?

Then maybe the left click toggles hold/relax and the mouse wheel toggles extend/contract.

Sounds just about right, that was probably implemented in 3.8.

slip you fail i play with mouse scroll and left click since 3.24...>.>

Also left click toggles all joint states and mouse scroll toggles between contract extend.

Try going into the settings for TB and changing it like i show you below:

go to- Setup --> Options

In options, the first option says "Mouse Buttons" That should say 2 or something right now, change it to 1. This should make left click cycle through all the different joint states.
