You know, I think that it's not so bad of an idea-- given that it is fake.
What I mean is that if you were dumb enough to want to go into any place where the was an almost 90% guarantee that you'd be raped, would you then not deserve it, having passed a large disclaimer that stated clearly "You will be raped should you pass this point." It's in that sense, that I would expect anyone to pass by a disclaimer like that to be wanting of sex.
