To celebrate my 20th day of toribash and my 200th post (hold the applause) I want to start a thread on Global Warming. You can post anything you want to start the discussion. Here's a little tip though if you have trouble.

Ozone Layer
What do you know about the effects of the ozone layer on our planet? What is your opinion on the current state of the ozone layer?

Little known fact: At the current rate the patch of ozone missing over Antarctica has been a point of concern. As a result a few years ago a comprimise was made. At it's current rate of repair the ozone layer will be back to normal levels by 2050.

Thats great but if we dont stop chopping trees down the ozone will be the least of our problems, back on-topic, i dont like giving up luxurys to stop global warming but i do turn everything off when its not in use and i avoid using pollutant chemicals.

Pfff...2050 ?
That year is not going to exist, as the world will be destroyed in a way.
So whatever ?

Till the "2050" I can look at the sky for meteor showers right ?
