Damn, stuck on the battle for the badlands mission. I keep getting killed by a badass raider who happens to have a rocket launcher. ;-; Any tips?

The mission after that bro. Anyways with some of my friends I got passed that mission. Now I'm in new haven. And now I'm a level 20 with some pretty good weapons.

I read somewhere by the makers of borderlands that the only type of weapons that are rarer than the purple are orange. Some people see it as yellow, orange or dark orange but they are all the same. They said you might only find one or two if you dont look through and scavenge stuff a lot. I doubt there is higher than that seeing as I have never even seen one and Im a level 28.

Believe or not. I think I had a light orange weapon before.
But I dropped it wiithout knowing it was rare. But I could be wrong. I might've been mistaken.
