Practice and practice. Test to move joints in different ways and see how you can get the most power. One way is to take left leg backwards and right leg forwards, right arm backwards and right rotate chest. Then test to move some other joints to make it better. Then space 2-3 times and totally rotate your body. Rotate chest left, right arm forwards, right leg forwards, left leg backwards. Aim for ukes torso and if you use the power the right way you will split him. You'll probably not succeed the first times you try.

Good luck.

There are too many different ways to explain how it is generally done. If you have a replay in which you are attempting to break uke I might be able to help you improve it.

Try to use most of your limbs to generate velocity and try to relax a little, it will help flow with the velocity, generating more power.
It's easy. Just put your distance to 200. And then do backflip. Try extending and contracting only legs. Then lower your arms and put them to front and then when that's nearly touching ground raise arms and after it extend knees. Uke should get in two pieces. Move is symmetry so it isn't cool but it cuts ukes torse.

This is about punches. Not some weird acrobratic symmetrical stuff.
