sometimes i click on my link to the forum but then i get a page where stands:

Server under forum.toribash.com needs to much time to answer
plz try again later.

does this only happen to me??

It happens to me as well, I don't know exactly why it happens.

its pretty bad cause i had 30 min no access to forum!!

The same thing happened to me, I think someone told me it crashed this time.

So did I, ask someone more knowledgeable about it if you really want to find out why it happens.

Could be a standard restart, could be some down-time or updating. You're not having a problem because you can't access the forums for half an hour.

Also there is a forum backup every day at 9:00 GMT, which usually lasts for about 5-15 minutes. During that time, you cant access the forum nor multiplayer because the servers are down.

Why is there that period everyday?

That is when the server backups are running. That is necessary for the database. If it wouldnt happen every day then there would be a chance for data loss if someone would turn the servers down (can happen by mistake, too).
