It looks really good, but it shouldn't be so empty, especially with that white background. It looks horrible with the white areas. The dynamic lines and shadows, it has alot of potential. You should make the background color dark red, or black. You need to add more lines, it just seems to empty. It would be an awesome head, but it needs more work.

Make it 128x128. And then i'll comment.
Also, don't type caps at the start of every word, it makes you look stupid.
