Indeed, I tried it once and got killed 3 times by my team's grenades. And I'm pretty sure I killed someone from my team too.
Also, I've been trying a new class that's great so far

Smoke grenade
Marathon
Lightweight
Steady aim
It allows you to go running around with your Rafficas which are pretty deadly with akimbo and steady aim but still be able to stop behind an obstacle when you're getting shot from a long distance and get your sniper out

I have always been the first of the Team DM rankings since I started using it.
I find that the Thermal scope can't get me any kills at all, and if I do shoot someone, it doesn't kill in one hit, like it normally would with the normal scope.
And, you don't have stopping power, or SOH pro, so using the sniper is pretty useless. I suggest switching to UMP, unless you really need the ghillie.
