FMJ + stopping power + intervention/50cal is always instant kill (could be wrong, It's been a while :v). I always used that combo. With bling for a silencer or for thermal.

It's almost always an instant kill, unless you're quick/no scoping. Also, silencer sucks unless you're in hardcore. I suggest using slight of hand instead of bling with a silencer, unless you don't mind scoping in slow.
