Normal members can't sell you no qi items, unless its a pack and on Slipanc's shop it says that no qi transfers are now banned.
So you're better off waiting or getting enough tc for a pure pack.

Jazzauf, As Trials said, normal members can't sell No QI items. If you want to buy No QI items then you have to buy it in a pack.

Trials: SlipAnc doesn't sell No QI items anymore.

are you offering for a full pure no qi pack?
cause this would not be possible. only pure force ( with qi ) costs 140k
