Well.I just tried to make simple head texture and i noticed that it is too dark...I tried to make Noxious colour,but i've just failed many times)
Can someone help me imitate noxious color? Thank you.

You want to make it bright then,
Open your texture ,
Create a new layer,
Color it with white and then set the layer mode to overlay,
If you want more bright duplicate the layer but if you want less bright then lower the opacity.

Fireyes : That's absolutely not how you do it.
If you're in gimp,then go on colours atthe top,then hue-saturation,turn the saturation to max,dont
move the hue and change your lightness if you want then click ok and it will be done.

Noxious color should be:
Red: 255
Green: 204
Blue: 76

Just enter those values in gimp.

tried all ways.The closest one is Zas's. But it still looks different. Its more yellow than noxious.Just watch:

Try to play around a bit. I'd raise the value of red.

Its just at 255.Can't raise =\

In TB noxious's R,G,B value is
382,204,76
In textures you can't have more than 255 so you cannot create exact noxious.
