I wanted to organize the forums.

Also, just tested Announcements with the new tag one, and there's another way to do it, besides posting a new thread.
If you have mod powers then you can go to Forum Tools, Post New Announcement, then write it.
Then it appears at the top of the forum above the stickys.

The one I made lasts untill tomorrow by the way.
