well, the basic approach goes..
1 hold all ('c').
2 contract both left and right pecs, contract both shoulders.
3 press space, twice.
4 extend both shoulders, extend both ankles.
5 repeat 3
6 click both hands into grapple mode.
7 press space
done! 50 on the spot!
hope that helps. of course you can work the legs a bit more here for pure devastation.
