I mean, it's not bad but, well, random brush spams , the effect on the guy makes it look LQ, there really isn't a light source and theres a random sreak going down him, the text is wayyyy too big,better without scanlines, there isn't really a focal, try using a slight blur and erase inside the focal.
I mean the colors are matching but it's a bit monotome.
Some pretty cool effects in the background.

The effects on the Fag person looks horrible. kthx

the rest is meh, the letters are not good.
