I got my green belt a few days ago, and i still haven't got an achievement or notification about it. I also can't update my achievement card.
any help?

Nope, if you read my more recent post you'll notice that they should be fully working. However I did try a manual update through the Torishop page and it says "disabled". I'm assuming this will be something related to the Market being down. In which case wait till the Market is up and running and if you still don't have the achievement then make a thread in Support.
