So, I have a problem. Toribash never crosses the 31 Frames/Second.
Computer Specs:

GeForce 9500 GT 512MB DDR3
Intel Quad Core i3
4GB Ram
Windows 7 Ultimate

The Windows 7 I know isn't a problem, cause the same happens using XP.
What should I do?

Setup Л Options Л Frame rate [60].
