Does anybody else have this?

On the first picture, I tried to rep someone from the first posts on the page I was viewing.
On the second one, I tried it on a post that was one of the last posts on the page.
Notice the scroll bar on the second picture.

Mine doesn't even load when I want to, I have to open a new tab to rep.

It probably loads really far down the page Alan, scroll down.

Using Google's Chrome or IE gets me the bug where it loads in an inappropriate place on the page.

Mine sometimes shows at the bottom of the page and sometimes it doesn't show at all.Im using Chrome.

Same here with FireFox.
Somethimes it appears at the bottom, sometimes in the middle, sometimes it doesn't appear at all, depending on the position of the post.

But I think/hope it is already in work, because we all have that problem.
The reputation system got removed from the clan section for some time but it is already back.

From what I've noticed, it seems to be about twice as far down as it should be.
