I suggest stop making all those white/black outlines, they dont exist irl!
For the shading, use a hard brush, looks very blurily shaded.

I like it, the character thing itself is very similar to that of mrama's artificial mind attack stuff. I've always liked your but it could do without those random white lines on the top of the head.

Yeah, the only problem I see is the thick white outline, but other wise I must say you are a great artist and that painting is really good.
