it looks like a mere person also you could of shaded it and you
need to add more detail and depth on the head.

I'd rate it about 6/10. I like the detail in the robot parts, but it's not too realistic. However, it's not cartoony enough to be called anime. Somewhere in the middle. Also, I would probably be able to give better CnC if the spinny was slowed down. Like maybe 30 frames.

Oh, and are these things shuriken (ninja stars)?

most of quality loss is because of that spinny. Spinny makes quality shit thou this head itself it not too hd.
take ingame pics so they look better.
About the head meh i dont like this style heads but color scheme is nice thou.
