Do not mind what the user above me said, he is wrong. Wibbles is a place for off-topic discussion, so anything not toribash related. People think it is silly and full of spammers and trolls because there are a few people who go there for that reason. They are punished if they get out of hand though. The community there is unlike in any other place. Most of the guys there are very funny in different ways. Some are witty, some are funny because they post funny pictures, and tons more. Yes some people can be jerks, but usually because a kid is being stupid and trolling. It's actually a lot of fun.
