if u made a head texture art how can u know wat's it's like in tori except to wear it, and how do people do a spinning head of the art in the forum?

You need the free software Gimp to make a spinning head.

To make it simple, after you're done with the head go: (GIMP)
Filters > Animation > Spinning globe.
Make sure you save the file as .gif or it wouldn't work.
