time penalty? if he has to leave or dc the time probably has passed bevore he gets back? ragequiters have to wait about 5 min till entering a new match.. like you can join rooms but fspec till penalty over.. same for rank quiters.. Sounds perfect to me..


But a penalty like lose or iq loss is bad..
