whats paysafecard?

Paysafecard is a way to pay online. You go into a coffe shop or a stationery or something like that and you ask for a PaySafeCard of a certain amount of money. Then he gives you a paper with a code. If you go into another Store or something and you say the code to him he will give you the Money. So if I asked for a Paysafecard of 15 euros and go into another store like that and give the guy the code he will give me 15 euros.

rather pay membership to some game than this, I would accept cuz I can pay membership to RuneScape if it is not so expensive comparing to other payment methods. at least 2$ more with psc
