Do this:

press "c"
contract pecs
raise shoulders
space 1
contract abs
lower shoulders
space 1
contract hips and knees
space 2
extend glutes and knees
press "p"

AAAAHH!!I BROKE MY HEAD!! it fell and rolled away but i still won by 100 pts!great move!some body should do a mod where if ur head rolls away u could comand it to go back to u so u could trow it...Sorry for bad grammar it makes posting faster
