di.fm do you listen?
no adverts or anything.
I was just listening to the chillout stream (its nice when am I coding) and it scared the life out of me!
I have surround sound headphones, and it decided to put a quiet, low voice behind me, to the left (where my door is)! I know it was the stream as I am currently the only person in the house.

Sorry, I am just extremely paranoid. Especially when I am home alone (i said no adverts!) ;)
I has a flavour
Re: di.fm do you listen?
I got 4 DIs on my radio playlist and I actually share the same story. It was like 2am and there was a quiet sound that sounded like a whisper next to me, jumped up from my chair in a millisecond!
HIYAAAAAAaaa FACEKICK IN YOUR FACE....... Nah i'm just kidding
Re: di.fm do you listen?
Mer. I haven't listened to it since they were a small set of servers... not what they are today. I don't like listening to the radio of any kind, not enough control over my music.

I like too many styles of music...
boaf's wub. :3

Re: di.fm do you listen?
i dont like most of the music ...too quiet
but being scared the crap out of doesnt sound too enjoyable
Re: di.fm do you listen?
I do, rarely... I enjoy the newer vocal techno and such, but i've been listening less and less due to needing my connection... for downloading. lol. and no not porn >:O anime episodes. I'm also unfortunately vastly behind my downloads, so i've recently been cutting my torrent prog to do stuff ((and damn if azureus doesn't kill a connection, but it does download great.)), and you just reminded me about di.fm.

And thus, with that, i'm going to go collect those winamp playlists i used to have in a folder for quick access....
Re: di.fm do you listen?
I hate that little voice thing. I used to play Black and White, and it would always say "deaaaaath" randomly. But that's only if you put in a weird obscure name. One time, I started a game with my name (David), and it randomly said it quietly during a multiplayer game. Scared the bejesus out of me. Stopped playing since ;)

However, for internet radio, i prefer Soma.fm. Don't need to pay to get high quality streams, and I like the music more on soma.

Heya Everyone.

Even though i live in a house worth Half a million, i don't have broadband, can you believe that. lol
I live in New Zealand, that small country on the other side of the Earth. We don't have very many radio stations here. and none of them play good music.
by good i mean, Rammstein, Slipknot, Korn, System of a Down, Tool and Metallica.

Ya don't have enough control over wat music you listen to. I prefer to just shuffle a couple of Gigabytes of heavy metal.
