Umm im not sure if this is where this goes but there is a flooder that constantly floods the intermited twin swords.....name is Samuelsev is there something some one can do about it?

I'm pretty sure nobody can do anything about this. Luckily, there is an amazing system that kicks anyone out of the server that floods to much. (Flood Kick.)
