call me noob xD but i was wondering if its possible 2 do a clan

a new one wich i can therefore choose the ppl who enter

is it possible or do i NEED 2 enter one that is already done by the moderator's?

Of course it is possible!
You can do it whenever you want, with a friend or with random people you don't know just for the fun of it, you don't need to had done anything to make a new clan, although I may suggest that you check on other clan discussion threads also known as [DSC], for further information check out this thread:
