Lust or Natural Attraction?
I was kinda wondering what you guys think of this:

Us guys were made with a natural attraction of liking females for their
body (Same goes for girls). What I mean is we were made with a reason
to like their bodies: to find a healthy partner (You know what I mean).
Finding a healthy partner is an essential part of an animal's life if they
want to have healthy babies and pass on traits blah blah blah... But
other people at church don't agree. They call it lust, a sin. They say
we should get to get to know that person more before we just go rushing at them
for how well they look. What do you guys think?

Is it a natural attraction?

Or lust?

The church's belief is based on the bible;you can choose to believe it or not,it's entirely your choice.Although,if that's they're belief,it doesn't mean it's true at all. It is objective for the religion itself, but in truth it's subjective. As,their are different opinions about it.

In general, their are the people who think it's ok to have sex without marriage or whatever.

I mean why not,sex is naturally for reproduction, but are we that much of a naturalists that we're scared of turning this tendency into just fun.

Their are people who regard sex as an "intimate" event, and prefer to save it for that "special person".Sex=Love.

Then comes the religious people, who think that sex should occur after marriage.

Personally,I don't know where I'd fit there.

I believe having sex with a woman based on looks and not getting to know them is natural.
In my opinion, only because it turns 'em on.
Church says a lot of stupid things, why would this be any different? It is subjective, and in my opinion it is ok to be attracted/lust to/for them however I also think if you're gonna have sex you should at least know the person a decent amount.
The church actually promotes sex (in a way), after all in the bible it states for one to "be fruitful and multiply". Lust describes the experience of Adam and Eve's fall from grace, for when they ate the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good or Bad, they lost their innocence. The looked upon each other no longer as human beings, but as objects to be used. This is commonly misconstrued by members of the church, other religions and atheists/agnostics. The main reason the church is against sex without marriage is due to the fact that they are afraid of possible abortions(seeing as the church, for the most part, is pro-life). Anyways, believe as you wish to believe for that is the choice you are given.

In short:

Lust- Looking upon a person as an object not a person

Natural Attraction- Looking upon a person as a person and being attracted to them.

DAMN.
Natural attraction, or "lust" as it's been labeled by the church, is just that, natural attraction.
There is an evolutionary benefit for being attracted to physically fit, attractive people. One thing that we've found we're attracted to is symmetry. If someone is symmetrical then they will more often than not be thought of as attractive.

For males there is a general consensus as to what is attractive and what is not in a female, but not so much for females. They tend to have a wider range of tastes when it comes to physical attractiveness, which can even vary depending on the time of the month, or their stage in life.

All in all, it's only right that we are attracted to others, it's the reason we talk to a cute girl, or walk across a bar to strike up a conversation. Most (if not all) relationships start because the two people are physically attracted to one another, and only later and once they get to know each other does it strengthen into something that can last.

To recap: "Lust" is a-ok.

Cogito ergo sum. I think therefor I exist.

I know it's true because it says so right here in this signature.

I tend to like skinny white girls with long legs; I am pretty sure the skinny thing is usually from an eating disorder rather than being healthy. Not that I am looking for a woman to bear my children, knowwhatisayin.

The church means well, they don't want you to run around tackling drunk bitches, they just have a funny way of showing their concern; namely telling you that you will burn in hell for eternity (or until your debts are payed depending to whom you subscribe) should you disobey.
last time I checked lust and natural attraction are different words for the same meaning, what's the difference between them?
