I hate to complian about this again, but a close friend of mine bought this game for me a while ago and now I am no longer an old schooler and on top of that I can not claim my head texture. Worst of all my little '+' went away

I have tried PMing Hampa, writing an e-mail to support, and expalining my situation to an Admin. So far after three weeks nothing has worked. If anyone could brainstorm any other ideas that might work I would be thankful for your input.
