reward guidelines:
rewards for must be at least 500 tc.

Target guidelines:
post their (ingame) name and the reason you want them killed.

so say for example I dont like Hector (just an example) then instead of either just avoiding him, or just going to kill him myself, i pay someone to do it for me.
i mean-im sure they get beat by many many peoples in a days fighting, so why wuld getting beat by u make any difference?
