i only got 1 question

in his app i see his reason is made up of 3 things being active, happy to help, and being a very strong leader
the first 2 are great and very good just that last one is kinda a flag so all i want is examples of a "strong ldr" and saying to firm but gentle is more a platform then examples of strong ldr

and o yea i am not saying no i just to clear my head cause of past exp of "strong leader" types so the use of "i am a Strong Leader" is almost taboo to me
