Should we lower the minimum belt requirement to blue and instead, recruit people based on personality/matureness/attitude?

I think a brown belt with a good personality would be better for the clan then a good black belt.They can always get better but most people who act stupid and are mean are usually always like that.

we shouldnt exactly lower standards, but recruit active people who have potential (key word here) but that might be hard to spot. Dafe's first replays werent exactly stunning, but look where he's capable of now. We might not get any future ChezDas or Yosakus, but hey, arent great players like Zaarock relatively new?
